“It was obvious that the upgrade to terminal parking was not corectly implemented on the systems given that the directions to get around the fail to exit was sent with full instructions. Would it not have been more simplified to have corrected this rather than have long wait times at the barrier and less stress to your clients.”

“No postcode on our invoice when we got to barrier it said parking was full to go main terminal car park when we finally found it we didn't know which one pick then we got a parking receipt. We were worried all through our holiday if we were going to be charged when we went to get out barrier did not go up wasted time going and coming out although it was closer and walking distance to terminal which was good .”
“on arrival at Car park directional signs very poor. Information stated that my ticket would have my registration number and booking ref number this was not the case. Looked for an information kiosk which appeared to be non existant .On exiting Car park after our holiday needless to say the barrier did not open and demanded a fee of £375. Pressed the help button and eventually managed to exit the Carpark.
By this time a large queue had formed behind me adding to a very stressful situation.”
“Booking and parking was easy. On our way home we lost our ticket. We were told to go to the main office on the lower ground floor of the main parking area.
When I told the gentleman of our issues he was quick to sort the problem out. It was around 7pm, so going into the evening. While we received good service it could have been better if the man we dealt with showed a little bit more understanding and try to smile. A smile makes a huge difference to any service.”
“We were upgraded to the multi storey carpark at the terminal a few days before travel. When we arrived the ANPR cameras weren't working so had to ask for assistance. Eventually the agent found my booking and sent a ticket through the machine for us to exit the carpark when we came back. When we returned from holiday we took this ticket to the exit barrier, but surprise surprise it did not work. I had to press the assistance button again. The agent asked for my reg number but could not find our booking. They eventually opened the barrier. First and last time with Plane Parking. What a complete shambles!!”
“Parking was perfect and got a space very close to the terminal. We had been upgraded, so when exiting had to contact the operator to open the barrier as it said we had incurred a outstanding bill. It was sorted quickly and the operator opened the barrier.”
