“The service it was very good, the only thing let it out it was the signage to find the place, the navigation and Google maps indicate it where original it was, but the gate to enter it was blocked and it wasn't any signage to guide you to the where about, left lost until we found someone from the roadworks to ask.
It will be better to send a share location with each booking confirmation or mark it on the map in your website.”

The bus transfers was in good time.
Returning ,the bus was super efficient with a very friendly driver who dropped us of near the car.

“We have had a great experience with Plane Parking. We found it very easy to use. We parked at 3.30am and had a short wait until the bus took us over to the airport. On return the bus picked us up as we walked to the stop. Our car was as we left it, a great service thank you.”
“Good price. Furthest away on site car park from terminal but only one with courtesy coach to terminal.
Only criticism is that the coach drop-off/pickup is too far away from the terminal building. Surely you could find a stop a bit closer!”
“Excellent service with Fast Track parking at Edinburgh Airport for a very reasonable cost. Directly opposite Departures. Friendly staff who explained clearly what to do. Deposited car within 10 minutes and again on return we were out of the car park in less than 10 minutes. Plane Parking website very good.”

Losing stars because, this is the second time we have used the company, and both times we had to call for help, as the ticket machine was not working properly. 3 cars in front of us had to call too, so definitely not out fault. Was exactly the same issue last year.
Holiday already booked for next year, but reluctant to use again. The last thing you need after a long day travelling is a delay trying to get out of the car park.”
