“The plane parking is a fantastic service we got parked and the bus was just about to leave and it parked at our car and waited 4 us so we didn't need to wait 4 the next one we started to walk after we got back home as we didn't know where the bus stop was and the driver stopped along the road asked us where we was going and he let us on the service is outstanding thank u so much”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.
