I have always used FastTrack parking at Edinburgh Airport and find it to be far superior to any other facilities on offer.
I wish to add that the presence of an attendant is so much appreciated.
One little problem on return pick up was the that the driver’s seat position had been adjusted, also the rear view mirror was severely adjusted and left in the dimmed position. Which I truly did not work out the necessity for.
Otherwise, I always recommend your FastTrack parking to friends and colleagues.

“Service is very good i would say .the only issue is that on the tarmac at the parking is that there is a lot of loose gravel on the tarmac.hence this could damage a vehicle.so this needs to be rectified.other than that youre drivers were pleasant”

“The camera didn’t recognise my registration when we arrived so the machine tried to charge £350 for a pre paid booking. Very helpful customer service agent sorted it out with no hassle. But I would have liked to have some way of contacting plane parking to get some reassurance whilst I was away.”
Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.
