“I drove the car into the parking lot, I got my flight, I came back, the car was still there and I left. Not really sure there's much I can really elaborate on about parking a car to be honest!”

“Driver who picked us up was quite rude. We were a short distance from the official stop when the bus came along. The driver made angry signs to walk down to the stop. Travelling with a disabled child 🙄”
“Good service and easy to book and park. No issues with parking except upon departure the gate wouldn't open and stated that we owed money. Not sure why it did this but upon contact with staff, the gate was opened.”
“We had no problem finding the parking location for it is well signposted as soon as you turn right at the roundabout before the airport. The road has been improved greatly since we last used it.
We found a parking space quite easily although it was nearly full, and the bus came quickly to pick us up to go to the airport. The return service was also good.”
“Excellent parking with regular shuttle bus right to terminal building. Good savings compared with other areas. (some have long walk to terminal). Using sat. nav. and post code it misses turn off and arrive at wrong car park, so it’s better to follow signs. Maybe post code could be more specific to PLANE PARK?”
“Liked the setup, prepaid and found carpark no problem . Then on arrival got our ticket then noticed that our registration number was not on it. Bus came quickly to drop us at airport. However on return at 3.30am machine asked for £244, this caused much stress but when I called the help button the gentleman checked our registration and let us out!”
