“Straight forward easy parking and pickup,could do with more bus shelters and tarmac parking spaces would be so much better as pulling heavy cases over loose stones to get on road is terrible especially if elderly,surely the amount of money that's made in a year this would be easily affordable,it's simply a lack of thought for customers and sadly let's parking down.”

“Overall everything went ok the bus service pick up and drop off was as described both ways no problems.
One thing that could be improved is the space for suitcases on the bus as this was limited and we struggled to get our suitcases in a secure position, plenty seating not enough storage for baggage that is why 4 star”
