“Hassle free. Found the parking easily and it was a short walk to the terminal. My flight was delayed coming back but there was no issue or extra charge getting out the car park”
“I've used your service before and each time has been really good. This recent one was all good apart from one small thing when leaving car park. When I put ticket in it said I was to pay £180 for the week but I had already paid upfront. Pressed for help and the guy said it hadn't recognised my number plate on way in. He took my details and I was out within minutes. Will be using you again in September”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes.

“This was absolutely ideal for when we went on a short break. Easy & relatively cheap to book. Just a case of driving in, parking & within minutes the bus arrived to take us to the airport, which only took about 5 minutes. The return was just as easy too. Will definitely use again the next time we leave from Edinburgh.”

“I had to wait 1/2h for the bus shuttle from the car park to the terminal to arrive at stop no 2. It then took another 20min for the bus to reach the terminal due to a traffic jam. I could have walked the distance on foot in a shorter time, had I known in advace. I then had to run through bag droff of and security and in the end did catch the plane. It did not help that it was raining cats-and-dogs. In such a situation (heavy traffic) the company should put several busses into service, so at least the wait is shortened. I could see a second bus idle parked. I had another long wait on the return trip to get to the car part from the terminal although it was 2am and no traffic at all.
Second, the automatic number plate reader did not work which meant that to exit I needed to explain the situation to the friendly gate attendant. All was fine in the end, except that was another unnecessary delay at 2:30am.”

“Very easy. Parked just in front of the terminal. The staff take care of parking the car somewhere while you’re away. On return, the car was parked up just in front of the terminal. Just had to scan a bar code and the location of the car is shown on the screen, the locker opened with the car key in.”
