“Online booking was straight forward. Prices very comparable. Car park was easy to find and the bus service was efficient. On leaving I told Inhad an outstanding fee of £275 to pay This Was sorted quickly after speaking with someone on the intercom. Although no explanation was given. Be careful and always give yourself a couple of hours grace. Coming out of the airport the pick up point was well sign posted My only issue is there are only 2 bus stops in which is a very large car park. Also the bus stop was littered with rubbish. A long walk to and from a bus stop in the pouring rain.”
“First time using plane parking, the price was very competitive, transfer service very good and our driver was very helpful on our return journey to collect our car. The onlyproblem is that there is not enough luggage storage on the bus and depending on the corners cases can roll all over the isle. Would still use plane parking. In fact Iwe have already booked for another two trips.”
“Booked online entered wrong dates 21-26th June instead of 20-25th June. Was charged £85 online but had to pay another £160 at car park to get my car back. Tried to amend booking online well in advance of 24 hour limt unable to retrieve booking due to error on system. Have emailed Edinburgh Airport still waiting for reply”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“The directions and ease of finding a space made the first part of the process stress free.
The transport to and from the airport was quick and easy.
When leaving the parking area and at the barrier I was asked to pay £350 when I presented my ticket. This was obviously surprising and alarming. I contacted an operator gave him my car registration to confirm I had prepaid and had nothing to pay.After about 3 or 4 minutes the barrier was raised. No explanation, no apology no goodbye.”
