“We have used Plane parking a few times and never had any issurs. It is easy to find and never any bother finding a space. The buses come round regularly and the drivers are really good.
The price is always competetive.
We were late back once as flight very delayed and the whole thing was dealt with quickly and we were on our way.

“Parked at the EV charging station with my daughter and 4 pieces of luggage, headed on foot towards the exit row bus stop. Shuttle bus approached us and the driver whilst driving threw both hands in the air palms up and without stopping drove right past us. We went together to the bus stop, over 10 minutes later the same driver sstopped for us, I spoke to him as he belligerently tried to defend his actions earlier, I asked him only speaking with the question "what is your name?" In fact I had to repeat it to him 4 times as he refused to answer , on the 5th time he told me his name was Karel. This man is a danger to your customers, I took a photo of the bus as he dropped us off.”
“Once again, your system failed to work. When I exited, the machine took my ticket and demanded £70. I had to find my booking confirmation in order to exit. HOPELESS !”
