“Normally love it, but when there's no notice on the website that the car charging points are practically all broken it's quite a hassle and very destructive to schedules to have to charge elsewhere on the way home from the airport. Also very hard to extend the car parking if the flight is missed or your travel plans change, and customer services can take 8 working days to respond to requests.”
“The transfer from the parking area to the airport and back is quite efficient. There are ample parking spaces available, so finding a spot should not be a challenge. It seems there is only one additional bus stop.”

“We use plane parking at Edinburgh airport when we go on holiday, it's very easy to book and use, there is regular shuttle buses to get you to the terminal, the buses are new and comfy, cost is reasonable as well, I would recommend this secure parking.”
“So annoying!! The scanner no longer seems to look at your reg and let you out...last 2 times we have had to hit help and be let out manually. This takes up time when you just want home and holds up those behind you. Used to be much slicker.”
“On return from our holiday on the 14th of October. We saw the bus at the stand at the airport, we where around 30 yards away and the only people heading towards the bus at the stand and would say that the driver must have seen us heading to the stand and could have waited an extra couple of minutes for us to get aboard the bus. But he drove off and we had to wait until the next bus.”
