“What a pleasure to be able to park my car knowing it was safe and there waiting for my return. I lost my slip and it was no fuss at all. It was easy to find my car and to exit. If there is anything I could change it would only be using Google maps as it took me somewhere else and it's quite a common accurance I was told. I will most certainly use them again.”

“So easy. Parked on the second floor of Edinburgh airport multi story, adjacent to the terminal. Easy access to Fast track security and the start of the holiday.”

“Easy parking at mid stay, only 5min walk to airport so no problem. Negative was despite pre booking it on exit it asked for £100 excess charge which was annoying. Problem was however solved once contacted the helpline.”

“Good idea and convenient. Some of the process requires to be simplified. For example the location of the car at when collecting keys should be attached to the keys.”

“The plane parking website was appalling It never explained it was Fast Parking Should have stated FAST PARKING at top of printed off tickets NOT Plane Parking !!Extremely confusing Please change it to say FAST PARKING! Fast parking was BRILLIANT once we realised where to actually park !”

Thank you for your review, Plane Parking is a booking channel where when you input your dates and times you will be shown numerous options and I can see that you selected FastPark. You are them prompted to confirm your car parking selection before paying for your product. You are then sent a booking confirmation which confirms your car park of choice (FastPark) and also includes the directions to your chosen car park. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

“Value for money was good because we booked so far in advance. Only slight quibbles... parking spaces aren't the widest if you've got a big boxy car and the entrance and exit road were being repaired/worked on so they were both narrow to get in and out of.”
