“When sitting on the bus waiting to go to the terminal the driver had the doors open and it was freezing. Could have easily opened when passengers turned up.”

Wed 25th Feb at about 06.15 (sorry forgot his name ,but his 60 birthday is near !)after getting to the terminal,n realised I had left my carry on bag in the car he took me back on his next run,waited and brought me back to the terminal ,panic over !”

“We've used Plane Parking on a few previous occasions without any issues.
On this occasion it wasn't as good.
I appreciate the rules state pick up from the bus stops but having the driver of an empty bus drive passed us and then leave without stopping was extremely disappointing.
An empty bus returned and we eventually got our run to the terminal. Surely the point is to assist your customers so they'll return. As frequent flyers we'll be inclined to seek other options in future.”
“Everything was fine on arrival and easy to book but on way out we put card in machine and it read we owed £145?!?
We had to buzz for assistance and the staff allowed us through. Also noticed that the registration on card issued by machine had an incorrect letter ….”
“Easy to find, we parked and a bus was there waiting. It dropped us off at the main airport within 5 minutes. On the way back, we were picked up where we were dropped off. Again, there was a bus waiting. We were back with our car and on our way home with no complications, no waiting. It was a fabulous service that I would highly recommend. Thanks”
