“I always park with you and usually very happy with plane parking. I found the last time it very difficult to find a space. All disabled spaces were taken up, which meant a long walk. I could flag down the bus, which helped. On my return, late at night,(delayed flight) I asked the driver to stop near my car. He did but said he was officially not allowed to do so!
So maybe some extra stops, now you have become so much bigger? Or more disabled places, request on booking maybe?

“The only complaint I have is the car park is at the backend of the airport but thankfully there is a shuttle bus every 12 minutes so no long waits. Being honest the drivers look bored but still polite and careful drivers.”

Watch out though. They recently reallocated my booking to 'FastPark' valet parking, without consulting me, so take care if you want do not want someone else parking your campervan!”

Only slight negative is that there are only two bus stops available n the car park and it is huge.
