“All good except on arriving at exit gate was told by machine I had to pay £185 ! .I had paid for a weeks parking in advance.
On pressing the intercom and giving my number plate the barrier was lifted but no explanation of why that happened ?
Were they just try it on ?

“I'm extremely disappointed. When I pulled into the car park, the barrier wouldn't open, so I had to print out a ticket to park and catch my flight. When I returned to the car park, I discovered I had to pay £100 upon exiting. There's no contact information available through the app to make a complaint. The booking confirmation also lacks a phone number or email address. The customer is left helpless and forced to incur additional costs. I paid for the reservation, but I still had to pay an additional £100 because I wouldn't have been able to leave the car park. I'm disappointed and devastated. I don't recommend this airport car park. I'll never book it again. I'll use a different one next time and advise others to do the same.”
“Parking itself was okay however my wife is disabled and meant l had booked long stay which is too far away from the airport resulting in a two pound charge for a trolley and a further £6 to drop my wife off close to terminal this was repeated on exit so a additional £16 to go no where not great this seems to penalise disabled visitors”

“From start to finish it was all so easy to use, online booking was easy to use & upon arrival it was straightforward with plenty parking, regular shuttle buses which were spotless with friendly staff took us straight to terminal buildings. On return bus was already waiting with a short hop back to car park. Highly recommended & have recommended to other family members, fairly priced service compared to other operators at airport”
