“Easy to to pre book for the week great rate. and to park on arrival quick bus pick up to and from airport but when i put the card in to exit after my holiday it wouldn't let me out said i owed 180 pounds tried three times had to use intercom to phone someone before getting out . Need to sort that out”
“I normally use Plane parking without any issues. However when attempting to exit the car park I had to pay a fine as the cameras had not recognised my number plate.
I did press the assistance buzzer with no response.
Anyway, after a few emails back and forth, my exit fee refund is on its way.
The buses to and from the airport run very frequently and, like I say, I dont normally have an issue.”
“Hassel free experience both entering and exiting the parking. Lots of spaces and a short walk to the terminal. Not that much more expensive than the other car parks that require a shuttle service.”
“I have used plane parking 3 times over the last 2 years and always found it an easy and straightforward process to book. The spaces are quite big and the transport to the airport is very frequent and you are dropped off near the building. I returned from holiday on the 13th of March and despite paying in advance at the time of my booking the barrier would not lift to let me exit and my ticket was continually rejected despite putting it in the correct way. This was frustrating as the ticket was paid. I had to wait for a response via the help button and had no explanation as to what had went wrong. This won't stop me using plane parking again but it was a frustration on the day.”
“First class in every respect. Excellent signage at airport to Plane Parking area, and at terminal for walk to shuttle bus upon return. Numberplate recognition system worked very well when leaving, and good space standards for all car parking spaces, with clean tarmac access to each space. Competitively priced, so will definitely use next time.”
“I found the car park really easy. Was good for parking and getting to the airport terminal. Easy coming back and getting out the barriers lifted straight up recognising my car registration plate. I would recommend doing this.”
