The site is well lit at night and very well maintained both outdoors and in the area where you process your key drop off and coooection. The staff are so pleasant and helpful which is sadly very rare these days!”
“Very good experience! On arrival, the gate camera picked up my registration plate wrong and I worried that I’d have an issue when leaving. However upon departure it was all sorted within a minutes with the help of the person behind the call assist. Great value, I’ll definitely be back.”
“Absolutely flawless experience. Parked in the 2nd floor. Through fast track security, which was included in the parking price of £60. From parking the car to through security. 15 minutes. On the way out got the car. Drove to the barrier. Barrier opened and away we went. Highly recommend.”
“I got a great deal and it was an easy process. The shuttle waited few moments for me and the driver was courteous and helpful. I got the shuttle straight away on my return and again, friendly helpful driver.
I had one problem and that was my fault, It took me a few minutes to locate my car, the car park is large, I had meant to take picture of the isle and surrounding area and I forgot, I had also thought of leaving a tracker in my car and forgot. Learn from my mistakes.

“Only issue I had after booking and paying online before arrival. was when leaving I entered my ticket and it came up saying I had £145 to pay. After speaking to customer services through the intercom. They found my payment and raised the barrier”

“On the outwards journey the services was perfect. When we returned to the car park all was fine until we went to leave the car park when we inserted the parking ticket to lift the barrier the screen showed tht £180 was owed. We had pre booked the parking so pressed the help button and after the operator checked our details we were advised that this was an error and they waived the charges. This should not happen with pre bookings -lucky we managed to get an operator as it was around 1am.”
