“Our car had to be changed a couple off days b4 flying so found it difficult to change the reg plate number. The man I spoke to on the intercom let me through as he had my details. Didn't fancy paying £150 fine. Could maybe make the booking or rearrange booking a bit better and peace off mind that your not going to get a fine”

“1st time using this car park, slightly worried wouldn't go smoothly but no need as all went well. Quick shuttle bus pick up/drop off on route to airport and again on return.
Only negative was buses didn't have proper luggage storage area, only gap/area for wheelchairs/prams so had to watch cases didn't roll away!
Would happily recommend though and would definitely use again.”

“Car check in was great, really easy but check out not so much, our keys weren't ready and when we tried to get out if the car park we had to take a ticket which would have charged us but speak to the guy at the exit barrier. I would use it again and hope exit was easier next time”
“We arrived in the dark & found it difficult to note where we had parked (for when we returned). The bus drops you at the furtherest point from the airport - difficult if you have any mobility issues. That also means the furtherest point when you return.
We were challenged when leaving the car park & told we need to pay another £180 however once we spoke to someone the barrier was lifted.
It was the cheapest car park, we held on to our keys & providing you have no mobility issues then it's value for money”
“Easy to get to, park and no problems on way back. My flight was nearly 1.5 hours late. Bus to pck up for car park was already at pick up piont, so back to car quickly. No problems when exiting car park.”
