“Very straightforward to book on line. However when leaving had to contact a member of staff as the ticket machine was trying to charge me £300, even though I had pre booked. The member of staff was helpful and it was quickly sorted out.”

“The parking was straightforward when i went online to book the first time it said i would have to walk to the airport ( 10 mins )so i looked at different sites then i noticed plane parking had about 3 to 4 different sites with different prices and some had courtesy bus pick up which i had to pick as my wife can't walk very far the booking site was a bit confusing”

“Great parking site on concrete, not loose stone like other parking at Edinburgh. Large spaces and very well priced, bit out the way but served by transport every 10 minutes to terminal. Will definitely use this parking again. 5 stars.”

“The ANPR failed to recognise my number plate on entry & I then had to get help to leave the car park on exit.
Also there was no shuttle bus when we arrived back at the airport & one man with a car was shuttling 3-4 people at a time. This is utterly ridiculous.”
Hello Alison,
I can see that our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.
I will pass over your feedback regarding the shuttle bus to relevant teams and ensure this is looked into.
