“How do I get a refund? I paid for 2 day's parking at Edinburgh airport, and when I went to exit, it showed I owed £125, which I had to pay, because I was not on their system. It was the only way I could get out. I have provided receipt of the additional money I needed to pa to exit the car park. There was no answer when I pressed the buzzer, and there was a queue forming behind me. So the money I paid you was basically useless. So I need a refund. I can prove the amount I paid you, and I can prove the additional fee I had to pay to get out. My booking reference Order ID, with you, is: V1LTM31T2. “Great service so close to airport due to back problems can only walk short distances so combined with airport assistance I was able to collect car on my return they were able to wheel me from airport to awaiting car. Car key collection was easy and secure will definitely use this car parking again”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Have parked here the last 4 times I have flew. However this time, I had an issue with my car, just off a flight and can't move the car I had a wee melt down and I pressed the help assistance button at the pay machine and they sent assistance to me. The 2 gentlemen were so good and patient, my brakes had seized with damp and cold, this was the reason the car wouldn't move, never experienced it before but they both said happens all the time, don't worry about it and so very helpful. Highly recommend parking here, it isn't expensive for a week's travel and secure.”

I would've appreciated more info about getting into the car park - it did say numberplate recognition, but that was it. Nearly missed picking up the ticket (why do I need a ticket if there's numberplate recognition?), so a bit more info would be helpful. Also - what is the procedure if your flight is delayed and you miss your exit slot? Or do you just expect people to pay an extra few hours / day if it's a late flight? More info would be useful.”

Our flight came back at right time and my car was in the place were chap said it would be but it was dark and I was exhausted the next day as I had a along drive to Cumbria so when I went to go out in my car today I noticed apart from a previous scratch on my car there was new scratches at the back of my car so I'm upset by this”
“Reasonable price, secure parking with free upgrade to Long Stay car park right next to the airport.
The only tricky thing was following the signs to the Plane Parking in error, which was closed, when we should have followed the signs to Long Stay.”

“Car Park was closed and we were sent to the Long Stay. There was no transport to the Terminal and as I have mobility issues and use an elbow crutch, even using a baggage trolley, was not ideal as the trolley had a mind of its own. I was totally exhausted by the time I got from the car to the terminal, so not a great start to the holiday.”

I can see that you booked FastPark, I can confirm that this car park is open and in full operation. FastPark is a 1 minute walk to and from the terminal therefore we do not offer a shuttle bus for this service.

“Worked well although at 5.00 in the morning we were a bit unclear that we were to use the Long Stay. Leaving was simplicity itself.
Excellent value. My wife is going to Newcastle in two days' time and cost for a week will be twice what we paid for our 12 days stay for the car with you”
