Ease of parking before departure was very good. On our return the car was parked at the exit door.

We were very happy with the service of parking at Edinburgh Airport. Every was fine on our return . The price was fair. The key drop off was superb as well as collecting it.

Easy to get to and transfers time 5 mins as stated and transfer bus very regular no long wait at airport on way home 👌👌👌

I paid in full online. At 3am in the morning, after scraping ice off our car, we went to the barrier to exit. My husband who is deaf was driving. He put the ticket in the machine, expecting the barrier to lift, but NO!! Machine indicated we owed you £250!! He tried the ticket 3 times with the same outcome. I had to get out of the car, as my husband couldn't hear the tannoy on the machine. Thank goodness it wasn't at a peak time....! Someone over the tannoy managed to sort the problem out. Not a great experience!!

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Very easy to find and right next to airport it’s a 2 minute walk . You get your ticket as you enter and put it in the machine at exit and you’re on your way home . Will definitely be using it again fantastic place to park. No problem at all .

Easy to use. Best price I found on-line. Lost my ticket when I was leaving but was o problem and no hassle. Bus was quick. Driverfriendly. I will use again.

Could not be easier, I am 80 years old and even I found the technology easy to follow. Arrived back in the wee small hours scanned my ticket and my car was there waiting, great service. Staff were on site even at that time which is just as well for the young couple with a baby who had lost their ticket. STAFF SORTED OUT THEIR PROBLEM IN JIG TIME.

My first time using Plane. We found the direction signs inadequate and struggled to find the park. Once we did everything was fine. Some signs a bit earlier in the approach to the airport would be helpful

Good location but no confirmation email on booking left me unsure if I was parked in the right place. Flight delays meant I returned later than expected and had to pay an extra £45. Not happy

1st time I’ve booked with plane and probably the last. Was put into Fastpark which was excellent but didn’t know it was two separate companies! On arrival back home I left the terminal building and seen a sign for Plane parking, I followed it and it took me to a waiting bus, the driver viewed my booking and said I was in the right place. He drove us a fair bit out and dropped me off at a bus stop, it was the wrong car park. I returned to the terminal building and found Fastpark and finally got my car. On exit, the barrier didn’t recognise my bar code and didn’t lift, I needed assistance. The information provided was inadequate and the whole experience was a shambles!

Thank you for your review. The channel you booked through was Plane Parking. The product you booked was FastPark and I can confirm the directions for this car park is included in your booking confirmation. When dropping your car off at the FastPark reception it is advised that this is also where you would collect your keys therefore you wouldn't be required to travel on a shuttle bus. This is the first time I've used this service and was quite disappointed at how slowly going through it as needed one of your staff members to help remembering this was the first time but got through this step on coming back also requiring help from your staff in the end got to the car then the problem was where my cat was parked I had one option to get out and I had to go through the other plane parking park where when I got to exit gate asked me for another £4 so I contacted a staff member and he cleared my exit so it was quite a hassle for me and for your fast park name I was disappointed as I use the parking at Edinburgh Airport often and the other car parks just use registration recognition so much quicker and no confusion how to get to exit I was really disappointed and probably use the other services

East to book. Directions easy to follow Did have to drive around a few times before a bay was available. Upon departure left and putnticket on machine. No issues Thank you
