“Easy to use website, excellent value for money & even though it is a bit further from airport terminal, the shuttle bus is excellent even at 03.30 am”

“No complaints. Parked the car, walked to the bus stop, got taken to the terminal. Could do with a stop or two more in the car park as it's huge. That aside, worked well, didn't wait more than 10 mins to or from terminal.”

“Plane Parking was efficient with transfer drop off and pick up at frequent intervals. As we arrived back late at night had a problem locating our car - however the very obliging bus driver helped us and drove us round while we clicked our key!! So as a recommendation would suggest a well marked grid reference system as opposed to general area markers. Otherwise all good.”

“Thanks for this opportunity , The plus side first I use the mid-term and long-stay carpark on a regular basis, up to five times a year. I find the booking system straightforward and easy to use The location of the parking is excellent and costs are competitive and OK for what I need. In fact they are much better than many other airports. When I have had a problem i.e. overstaying due flight delays, obliterated (but unknown to me) number plate due to snow on arrival( automatic camera failed) the assistance has been excellent. The negative side. I have regularly, and the last two occasions in a row, on activating my ticket, being asked to pay around 485 pounds despite booking and paying on-line and in advance. This has involved having to wait at the gate whilst I go through the rigmarole of car registration or proof of payment reference. This has not only delayed me but caused the cars in the queue to wait. It would seem that there is a glitch in the system. Is there a reason that this has happened?”

“Overall good but. Only two things. I have waited over 35 min for the bus at the airport. Also there is no direct phone number to the parking so I couldn't make a call”

“Plane Parking is very convenient and the buses run regularly to pick up/drop off at Edinburgh Airport. My only issue is that the last couple of times we have used Plane Parking, the buses have had literally nowhere to stow luggage. Two very small sections that would hold about 4 cabin sized bags. The only area for larger cases is in the Disabled Seating area and, even then, that can only hold 3 cases in total and you need to stand in front of them to stop them moving around when the bus is in motion. This area is also unusable if there is a disabled passenger on board.”

“All good, very very busy car park so finding a space can be tricky. Good courtesy bus service but need more racks to carry suitcases. Definitely lacking there. Prices were OK. Would use again.”

“Great car park but after three heart operations I booked to return a day early and had to pay 45.00 pound more for one night .An insight on my mistake as I put a day early so it was nearly double I paid for the week I did this once at NCP car park and they gave me a refund for the xtra day .as I had already paid 56.00 pound for the sat to sat with you I feel an extra 45.00 is a bit steep But may mistake and I have to soak that fee up unless you can help out Many thanks Colin”

“Arriving at Terminal very easy guy driving bus very helpful. Not a lot of room for cases . Arriving back to Edinburgh 2.30-2.45am several planes must have landed long queue for bus , bus sent wasn't suitable for cases and amount of people , cases everywhere. Bus driver not helpful sat in chair and watched chaos happening ,Public helping families with young kids and prams. Long queue still left when bus departed .”

“The parking process was smooth and easy. It definitely saved a lot of hassle and unnecessary stress using this service. The reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is I returned to collect my car and I had a flat tyre. Obviously it was fine when I drove in so how it’s flat I don’t know but I feel this could have been mentioned when collecting my keys”

“Easy to find and use with fast efficient transfer from parking to airport. Only slight issue was on way out when barrier wouldn't recognise my car or ticket so had to contact staff who quickly resolved.”

“Multi storey car park not well sign posted ended up going past and having to pay drop off fee before getting back, but perhaps this is intentional so that you get more money out of people who haven't used the facility before! Otherwise very happy.”

“Parked the car facing the fence was simple,but when coming home in the dark the lighting was very poor,also there was a black gravel stone sitting on my rear window wiper blade,apart for that good service.”

“All plain sailing ,great staff and service apart from whilst exiting car park ticket barrier was wanting a £6 fee not sure why? but this was soon resolved by staff member”
