“Easy parking - good bus transfers value for money - road and parking places not smooth tar lots of stones”

“Had to wait about 40minutes for the bus on our return journey which wasn’t the best and unsure why we had to wait so long.”

“Signs for driving in were good. Signs for where to wait when returning were not great. Drivers are polite and helpful. Great price but competitors are close.”

“Have used on many occasions and not had any issues. Only criticism that I have is that the buses now being used do not have any luggage racks which means people have to satnd with their luggage in the aisles or luggage is blocking the aisles.”

“Wasn’t find. Plenty space for parking. Very regular buses. Only issue was on leaving when my ticket said I had a fee of £120 still to pay. I pressed the help button to speak to someone who looked up my number plate and did clear the fee but an unfortunate end to such a good service. Would still use again tho.”

“On arrival at the car park I forgot to ask the driver where the pick-up point was on returning,it was a short walk to the carpark from the terminal so next time I'll make sure where the pick-up point is”

“Never an issue booking or parking and the bus transfer is easy. The only issue I have is everytime I go to leave and I or my ticket in, I get a message saying I owe extra money, (Usually hundreds of pounds) or the machine won't accept my ticket! However each time this has happened the customer service has sorted it straight away after I have pushed the help button on the machine and and spoken to staff. I will still use the carpark.”

“Booking, description of process, FAQs and directions all excellent and answered any concerns. I arrived early, and was delayed in the airport a bit on return, so I was grateful for the 2h grace periods. Thank you. Shuttle bus was fast & frequent. Excellent all round, will use again. It seemed to be connected, as I was offered & booked Fast Track when I booked the parking, so will mention here; I did not realise that FastTrack only applied to my outward journey, so was a little dismayed on arrival to Malpensa, but in the end, it was not a problem. Unlike at Edinburgh as this,was the day Microsoft failure affected everything so the Security queues were horrendous. But the point is I did not know it was for outward journey only. Not sure what I should have done to secure FastTrack for return as well.”

“Service is very good i would say .the only issue is that on the tarmac at the parking is that there is a lot of loose gravel on the tarmac.hence this could damage a vehicle.so this needs to be rectified.other than that youre drivers were pleasant”
