“On arrival at the barrier for some reason the registration plate recognition system did not recognise our registration plate and would not open the barrier. This was not the best way for us to start our holiday and caused us a bit of stress as we were running late for our plane. It was quickly resolved however by speaking to the person on the intercom. The rest of our stay was great though, hassle free and without incident.”

“Buses and drivers were 1st class, the only problem encountered was when exiting the park at the barrier. When I inserted the ticket, the display panel said I owed £266-00 !! This was quickly fixed by calling the operator who raised the barrier to let us leave”

“Reliable and good shuttle bus service. It would be helpful if there was a timetable of shuttlebus departure times or a board that gave you the estimated waiting time for the next shuttle bus. It was 5 past midnight by the time I got to the bus shelter and was not confident a bus was coming after waiting for a while. I ended up walking to the parking place in the rain (and beat the bus there).”

“Easy to find and bus arrived quickly. There wasn't many spaces left. Good value if booked on line. Had to wait a few minutes for the return bus as this was during the drivers break. Would use again, can l ask whst Would happen if l could not find a space ?”

“Good low cost well located parking. Internal signage of where your car is parked could be improved. The absence of any onsite staff is disconcerting. My car would not start on return from our trip and no help was available, unlike other manned parking services. Fortunately managed to get it going myself.”

“Fairly good value parking (inrelative terms) but yet again I had issues on exit! I actually stopped using you for a while because there was always an issue. This time the machine repeatedly asked me to turn the ticket around but no matter whatever way it was inserted it wouldn't accept. It took some time for the assistant to answer the help button. Please sort out your exit processes.”

“I enjoyed the price of plane parking compared to the price of mid stay or long stay parking. The driver from car park to airport was very courteous and helpful. When we were picked up from the airport the driver was wearing a f**k putin t shirt , which I may agree with sentiment, is not perhaps appropriate for a meet and greet for the company.”

“Easy to find and no long wait for bus to terminal. . But on departure from the carpark I was going to be charged $150 excess charge when my ticket was still within my time purchased. Easily sorted after a phone call to the operator.”

“Parking perfect. Next to airport, what more can you ask for. Only issue, leaving the airport and the camera at the exit gate did not recognise the number plate and asked for £500 for my stay. Person at the other end of the line dealt with the issue quickly and smoothly. Just a little bit worrying.”

“Was good to park with plane parking. Huge car park. Was well signposted etc. I flew home in daylight but did say to my friend that I wouldn't use this car park if I was travelling home when it was dark. Took 15 mins to locate but really was ok. Just make sure you note where you park your vehicle.”

“lmost straight forward to find parking area. I fond a parking place quickly. The bus does not go down all lanes all the time. Bus driver was helpful. Location for return was easily found and was good.”
