“Easy and quick. Get there, park the car and get the bus to the airport. Same to come back, bus was quick to come to the stop.”

“We usually like to use this car park but last night, we had to wait long for the bus. The bus was then totally full including people standing. Perhaps they can put on bigger buses of have an extra bus or two running at busy times.”

“Need to get another mini bus as we had to wait a wee while on bus when landed and then just managed to get on when it arrived. Had to stand and we were parked at 2nd bus stop so had to remove selves and baggage to let other passengers off then get back on.”

“I pre booked and this was straightforward on the website. Easy to find and plenty of spaces. The only hiccup was when we were leaving, I inserted my ticket and was advised that I owed £170.00 The attendant dealt with this fairly quickly but I was holding up the queue at the exit and they must have thought it was my fault!”

“No problems with the Parking actions either IN or OUT. The BUS Shelter Building could be made a bit more Draft/wind proof - a bit "Parky" in the early hours of the morning.”

“Plane Parking would've had a 5* award, if only there was clear signing to indicate location of shuttle pick up, or instruction on booking detail (unless we overlooked it), on return from our holiday. This resulted in a trek to various points in this vast airport to find it. The airport staff that we encountered, on enquiry "did not have a clue"! We were exhausted after hours of travelling and did not appreciate this inconvenience. Finally, a very kind airport operative accompanied us on our trek and we eventually found the shuttle shelter for pick up to our parking space. The shuttle bus driver was very friendly and helpful and much appreciated. It was not clear that we needed our entry ticket to exit. Fortunately, we kept ours. Reasonable value parking. Perhaps just a little more information to customers re above points. Would use Plane parking again!”

“Used this parking for a few years now and thought it was excellent value and the sooner you book the better deal you get, that being said I have just booked for next year and it’s nearly doubled in price ? Greed starts to take over as usual 😭”
