“Very easy to find, and so close to the airport, arrived at departures just 10 mins after parking. And didn't have to wait long for the bus when I got back either, completely took the hassle out of getting to and from the airport. Would recommend and use again. Car was pretty dusty on my return, that is the only negative.”

“Good service and easy to book and park. No issues with parking except upon departure the gate wouldn't open and stated that we owed money. Not sure why it did this but upon contact with staff, the gate was opened.”

“Liked the setup, prepaid and found carpark no problem . Then on arrival got our ticket then noticed that our registration number was not on it. Bus came quickly to drop us at airport. However on return at 3.30am machine asked for £244, this caused much stress but when I called the help button the gentleman checked our registration and let us out!”

“When we arrived, we couldn't get into park due to a fault on the barrier system. When we left it didnt recognise our number plate and we had to use the intercom, which was answered quickly. Like the security of the far park.”

“All fine until I tried to leave,at barrier I put ticket in and it wanted to charge me £355 I had to contact staff to resolve issue,which it was.”

“This car parking area is close to the terminal and when we had a problem getting in past the barrier we just pressed the buzzer and a very helpful man checked our booking to let us in likewise on the way back home our automated ticket would'nt let us out the machine just kept spitting the ticket out, so pressing the buzzer again and an explanation given to the man at the other end he checked our booking and lifted the barrier for us Thank You”

“Very convenient service ! Staff were on hand to help us drop off and collect our keys, but I might have found the process a bit tricky if staff weren't on hand . I think it has to always be staffed, rather than be completely D.I.Y. Everything was fine with our car on return, and it was parked very close to the terminal. Would definitely use again!”

“Parking was good secure and easy. Only problem ticket never works on exit always have to call help on button. We've used a few times and always had problems on exiting. Otherwise all good.”

“Second time using this parking service. Easy to find, regular bus transfer. The only negative is when you go to leave the camera at the exit does not appear to recognise number plate as requires you to press for help to raise the gate.”

“I love parking at the key drop staff so helpful and friendly however on this occasion my flight was delayed and I was charged another 6 pounds which I wasn't happy about so I am not a fan of the new system”

“Very good overall. Not sure how 3 miles were clocked up however and I'm going to raise a query. Don't understand why the drivers messed with internal lights (very annoying) and why the heating control was turned to maximum which is not advised.”

“First time using - on arrival it was simple to park. Had to get help with the key drop off however person on hand to explain. Pick up east to get keys and car was very close. Bit unsure of the way out process however all went smooth. Just a little expensive.”

“Paid for plane parking and drove to the usual place only to be sent back to long stay. Not aware of being informed of this but other than that it is easy to use but still very expensive (although not as expensive as sone if the other ones !)”

“All was great until we went to leave. The ticket didn't register that we had pre-paid for our parking and flashed up a request for £250!!! Thankfully the operative on the intercom was able to sort it but it was an unwelcome and unnecessary complication.”
