“Parking was easy and bus efficient. My flight was on time but a phone number or email address would be handy if I was to need to extend parking by a few hours or days.”
“Now that we have used Plane Parking we would do so again but we did feel there could have been more info on ticket. It just said park up and make your way to the terminal. Fortunately we met with another couple who said there was a bus to take you. It was the same on return, would be helpful when you are dropped off if driver pointed out this is where you get bus back.”

We have used this service many times ans its brilliant
I made a mistake woth the pick up times as we flew over 2 dates. But I feel that £45 penalty is pretty stiff for less than 24 hours. Not like there were no spare spaces.”
“I use plane parking as they provide a shuttle to Airport and is reasonably priced. It’s still a fair walk from stop to check in and with such a big car park I think there should be more bus stops.”
“Plane Parking is a bit further out from the airport and shuttle buses are less frequent but it's significantly cheaper than other places and the actual facilities are just as good. I had already arranged to buy parking up to three hours after my scheduled flight arrival time, but then ended up getting to the car park another hour after that. The fact that Plane Parking build into the price an additional two hours either way for departure and arrival times -and tell you they've done that - meant that I wasn't panicking about paying extra when I was unexpectedly delayed. Such a relief.”
“Good service apart from the exit which didn't recognise my number and tried to charge me £180 for a weeks parking. Was sorted out over the communication button but this is the second time its happened.
That needs sorting out. Otherwise I would use again.”
“ANRP camera did not register number plate when arrived so took a ticket from machine when prompted. On return 4 days later was asked to pay £150 even though was booked online. Pressed intercom for help and took ages to answer but was resolved straight away. Other than that all fine.”
“I have used Plane Parking several times over the past few years. This time however I noted it was much more difficult to find a space to park. I don't know how long I drove around to find one. Also the waiting times between buses to take you to the airport has been increased, resulting in a very packed bus with suitcases everywhere”
