“Easy parking, waited about 2 minutes for the free bus to the airport. Journey to the terminal was about 5 mins. The only problem we had was finding the place, a few more (bigger) signs would have helped.”
“Very convenient as long as you don't mind trundling your luggage a couple of hundred yards.
The car park surface is tarmac, and while it is in pretty good condition, I would not call it smooth - so trundling your cases takes a wee bit of effort until you get outside the car park itself and onto the smoother pavement to the terminal.
Number plate recognition didn't work for us on arrival, so I had to use the intercom, but the operator found the booking quickly and opened the barrier, so no big deal.

Despite my return flight being delayed by about two hours and the parking time being extended, exiting the lot was hassle-free. The shuttle bus reaches the airport quickly; it picked us up along the way, even though we hadn't yet reached the designated stop located some distance from our parked car. Everything ran smoothly. “Nice easy drop-off and pick-up process, albeit the check-in still needed a helping hand from a friendly staff member. Car park exit was less intuitive and led to us being held at the final exit point with a demand for further payment. An intercom call resolved this and gained us our freedom after a short delay. I have now discovered that your organisation is not the official Edinburgh Airport parking service and I was misled into this belief. I will not be using your service again.”
