“4th time we have booked with Plane Parking and certainly recommend. Not had any issue with entry or egress unlike other car parks in the area. Plenty parking spaces with good width to spaces. Buses to and from airport regular with easy route to terminal building. Highly recommend”
“very convinient and easy process. THe e mail said to collet the ticket at the entry point and have to slot it in at the time of exit for the barrier to open- But the exit barrier opened automatically.
There should be a fully ANPR managed system- whithout any physical ticket.”
“Well to honest wasn't good I parked where have parked for years thinking was plane parking got email 2 days later to say I was parked in wrong car park ...i parked here in may nobody told me it had moved spoiled my days away”
“Overall no issues except for when I tried to leave, using the card given to me on entry, it tried to charge me £205. I had already paid for the stay online prior to parking.
When I pressed the button to call staff, I explained I was being charged and asked why - the staff said absolutely nothing and just opened the barrier.
It felt like a scam on those who will just blindly pay.
Apart from that, I had no issues and would recommend. If the staff memeber had bothered to explain what had happened then I'd also have no problem with a mistaken charge.”
“My car was safe and cost was reasonable except I put in the wrong date for return flight, holiday ended on 02/07 and was due home at 1:00am on 03/07 and I selected 02/07 1:00am and that cost an extra £45, I only paid £63 for the week… I feel the extra cost was a bit much for an extra day”
“Went to drive out of parking lot. Hit with a £45 extra bill at gate when questioned was told my booking was nearly 24 hrs late. And it was till 1.30am on the 02/07/2026. Not even a text , email , phone when on holiday so I could extend my booking so had to pay so I could get out after a flight delay. Not happy about this.”
“I have used this parking so many times because it is so handy but the last time... I lost my car, ooohhh and it started raining there was no obvious markers, as we had dropped off in the dark 🤦🏼♀️ after walking up and down for ages, eventually found it. 😁”
