“Second time using this parking service. Easy to find, regular bus transfer. The only negative is when you go to leave the camera at the exit does not appear to recognise number plate as requires you to press for help to raise the gate.”
“I love parking at the key drop staff so helpful and friendly however on this occasion my flight was delayed and I was charged another 6 pounds which I wasn't happy about so I am not a fan of the new system”
“Very good overall. Not sure how 3 miles were clocked up however and I'm going to raise a query. Don't understand why the drivers messed with internal lights (very annoying) and why the heating control was turned to maximum which is not advised.”
“Easy to find, easy to park up and leave keys with office and, on coming back, our car was parked very close to the office and the exit for us - thank you! The shuttle bus to the airport is also frequent and takes you there in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend Plane Parking, especially if you find it hard to walk as so many other parking services no longer offer a shuttle bus.”

Pick up east to get keys and car was very close. Bit unsure of the way out process however all went smooth.
