“Wouldn't hesitate to use Fastpark again. This was the 1st time I've used it but it was all so easy. Well explained in advance, quick to park and drop off keys & right next to the terminal.”

Thankfully bus driver was nearby to advise that I should press buzzer and his colleague would lift barrier. When you have paid in advance online. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Was ok service until we were leaving my car when through no issue but my mother-in-law’s car stated she owed 325 pounds even though I had booked both cars on the same booking was rectified within 10 minutes but last thing you need at that time in the morning”
