“Arrived @2.30 am to be told no busses we’re running & on our return to check out asked us for £535.00 after an argument with one of your staff we were told we were in the wrong car park. Angry was an understatement on my experience.I will be looking for a discount on my next stay with you!!”

“The parking was very easy to find and get to good service easy to park and find a space bus service was good driver was good and gave us a hand with out bags as my wife is not goo on her feet and walks with a stick would definitely recommend and use again many thank is would be good if they gave a discount too use next year when I go on Holiday ,,”
“Easy access, plenty spaces and very regular buses to terminal. Had problems leaving car park said we were due over £300 for two weeks which had already been prepaid. Pressed assistance button and problem was rectified shortly afterwards. Would definitely use again.”

“Always use plane parking as it is reasonably priced and super quick transfers to very near the terminal.
Saying that it's a victim of its own success as often no spaces near to the pick up points in the car park. A loyalty discount for repeat business would be appreciated.”

“This was very straightforward and easy to find with regular buses.
I have a couple of comments. If the park was numbers in sections it would be easier to find your car
I was lucky and got parked close to bus stop.
Returning I found it difficult to find the relevant bus stop and made a mistake and had to ask someone.”
“Easy to find as given good directions with the booking email. Parked up and bus was at stop ready to take us to the terminal. On return bus was at the allocated bus stop at the terminal, few mins to the carpark. Seemless, stressfree and well priced. Would recommend and will use again.”

“Best vfm on-site parking at Edinburgh. Tucked away in a far corner of the airport, but clearly signed and very frequent bus transfers to the terminal. Both going on holiday and coming home, the drivers were very helpful and gave us all the info we needed - also nice and friendly.”
“It is a fair distance from terminal and I found hard to find however parking was easy enough but make sure you know where you are take a photo for sure as there hundred of cars there.
Bus transfer wasn’t great I tried to get on one and it drove away the next one quite a walk away the driver was less than friendly. I couldn’t help compare with Skyport in GLA Airport which is a really friendly and slick operation. The drivers there are very helpful in Plane Parking they hardly crack a smile even as passengers thank them”
