“Positive- Easy to book a space, price OK,
Negative- parking place was fully used cars was dropped on duble yellow lines, take us 45min to find a space where to park a car even that place was not suitable to park the car.”

“Very easy transaction . Shuttle buses were regular and we didn’t need to wait at all , our flight was delayed coming home and it was 1am and still a bus was there waiting. Good price for a good service!”

We are aware that customers are leaving their vehicles out with the designated parking bays and we are working with the relevant teams to monitor this. Its disappointing to see that some customers are causing obstructions for other customers, if customers are finding it difficult to find a space we will always provide alternative parking option if they ring the barrier.

“Very easy to find carpark, driver was vert helpful he explained what to do when returned.
We only had to wait 5min for return bus.very friendly driver. We will use them again.”
“Excellent service parked the car bud was there within 2 minutes starlight to airport. On our return waited around 10 minutes, driver loaded all our cases and clubs for us. Really nice lad, picked up car and easy exit.”
“Whilst parking was good value for money did not think much about bus driver on the way back late Friday night we were a party of 5 females, 2 of them children with 5 suitcases and hand luggage. There was also elderly and people with very young children on board. No assistance was offered at all. Luggage rack could have taken at least 8 more cases if loaded properly.instead luggage was left unsafely on the floor. My partner moved some cases around in the racks to make space.
3 of us are professional bus drivers so understand about safety. I had a tip ready for your driver which he didn't get due to his unhelpfulness”

“Edinburgh Airport - Having broken my leg and my wife having to carry all the luggage, we didn’t feel the drivers were very helpful, and didn’t offer my wife assistance.
The bus drop off point for Plane Parking at the east end of airport is further away from airport terminus building. Other parking providers provide a stop off at the terminus door, at the west end, which would have been helpful when it was raining and I was on crutches.
When returning, the bus driver didn’t suggest dropping us off at our car which was about 120m from the stop, which would have helped considerably.
Not very impressed. Sorry, but unlikely to use your service again. I think your drivers could benefit from gaining some interpersonal skills training, and learn to read and respond to the situation.”
