“I liked the service I got, but I don't understand it is not possible to alter a booking when a flight is delayed a lot. On the way out my flight was delayed by 48 hours, so I needed to return 24 hours later than planned. The extension meant I had to make a new, additional booking for the remaining 24 hours, which cost me £16,95, whereas the whole booking for 8 days only cost me £44. Given the fact that you are an airport car park and you want to know the flight number, I think there should be a way to alter a booking after the 24 hours before the booking starts. I tried to contact you, but none of the numbers given worked and the message I sent via facebook was not picked up. Apart from the costs it also caused me unnecessary stress. This might mean I will look for alternative parking next time, which is a shame because otherwise I was happy.”

“Great service. So glad we booked terminal parking with fast priority security. Our only complaint was that each level on the multi-story showed numerous 'free' spaces' but after crawling around 4 levels, we found that this information was hugely inaccurate as no spaces were free at all until level 5.”
