“Very simple access, and very easy to get to pickup point. And exactly the same easy process coming back.
However I wish I had got the name of the driver when we arrived to go on our holiday as he went above and beyond. He came out the bus and lifted my case on for me and done the same when we arrived at the airport. He was so cheerful and very attentive. I will 100% use Plane parking again and will definitely tell my friends and family to use it as well. 🥰”
“I used this for first time last week when flying from Edinburgh. Was very impressed with the overall service. Ease of booking and it’s so simple on arrival (well sign posted) to book the car in and walk across the road to the terminal. On arrival so simple to scan your ticket collect keys and note which bay your car is parked. Only very slight point I would propose improving is signage from arrivals to the collection area. We found it within a few minutes but not exactly clear.

“This is the second time we have used plane parking and have been very happy with the service they provide. The car park is easy to find as are parking spaces, even in the height of the summer season. The courtesy bus runs frequently back and forwards to the airport terminal and is clearly sign posted when leaving the terminal buildings. Drivers were courteous and helpful. Would definitely use them again.”
“On leaving the car park.i put my ticket in machine which i prepaid.then a message on the screen asking for £180.this shouldnt have happened.had to speak to them to rectify”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.
