“I had a fantastic experience in May so booked again for August. In May the drivers were exceptionally helpful and courteous. I had a walking stick and they helped with my case and in fact every passenger’s case - taking it on and off the bus. I’m August flying out of Edinburgh the driver was again very helpful but a week later when we landed in Edinburgh on Monday 21st August at 02.00am the driver was more than rude and watched me struggle with my walking stick in one hand and trying to lift my case onto the bus - I asked “can you help?” The driver’s reply was “I’m not here to help you” I told him I’m struggling to lift my case on and was told “that’s your problem”.
I said “this is unbelievable” and he said “I’m only here to drive the bus so get away”. I said “ “you must be very proud of yourself” and he said “I am now get away” - he stayed in his seat and said he was only there to drive the bus. I said “surely it would be common courtesy to help a disabled person” and I was told again to “get away”.
All very upsetting and embarrassing”

“Well worth the little extra cost for the covered, secure parking in a great location.
I just couldn’t see any signage to direct me to the car park within arrivals hall at EDI airport .. not familiar with the airport so had to ask.”

“The whole process from arrival to departure was straightforward and very relaxing.
The car park was easy to find and sign posted well. The entrance was very simple as there was ANPR in place and a ticket was automatically issued. Finding a space was easy and moving to the bus stops located within was no issue.
The bus arrived very promptly and we were at the terminal building in no time at all. The journey was perhaps around 5 minutes.
On return again the bus stop was easy to find as it was well sign posted and yhe bus again arrived promptly. A short drive and we were back in the car park and back at our car.
Exiting the carpark was simple. Put the ticket in the machine and the barrier opens. So easy!
I will definetly recommend plane parking and I will definetly be using them again.
Ryanair on the other hand, I wouldn't recommend them. Stay clear. Vagabonds!

“No issues at all, booked online in advance. got parked straight away at 03:30am, shuttle bus picked us up within minutes, buses run every 10mins straight to airport. Put ticket in when leaving and it came up saying outstanding balance £180, pressed the intercom and guy answered in secs, checked my reg plate and opened gate, Great value for money and will Defo use again.”
