It took me a moment to understand the system and there was a very helpful member of staff there to point me to the right machine etc. His advice to photograph my ticket proved very helpful since I did lose it on my trip. “Booked plane parking at a really good price. Had to park in long stay car park which is near the terminal. Only down side to this you have to walk to the terminal. OK for me as only had hand luggage not so good for people with alot of luggage. Also not so good for walking back to the car late at night although well lite quite isolated for the single traveller”
“I think your email should have given clear instructions, or the notice board at the front of plane parking where to go as plane parking was closed. We had to call and see help from an airport Steward to go to long stay. Need more sign posts”

Plane Parking is closed during the winter season and this would have been detailed in your booking confirmation if you booked Plane Parking. You would have also received instructions on what car park to enter.

“Only £2 off the cheapest option, went for it for convenience. It was easy to find, someone was around when we dropped the car off to help if needed and very wuick and easy to get the car when we returned. After 3 flights and 24 hours of teavel it was a joy yo be in the car within minutes rather waiting on a shuttle bus.”
