“Decent value, very straightforward process from booking to exit. Nothing to do with the service but do make sure you make a note of where you left your car especially if you are tired after a long flight.”
“Easy to find when parking and the bus was very efficient. It's a bit tricky to find the bus pick up point when returning . A bigger sign and company logo on the pick up point would help.

“Good value for the money paid (cheapest at time of booking)
First driver was really helpful, and helped to stow luggage on board, downside is a fair walk from drop off point to airport terminal.
On return, plane marking signs are displayed, and a transit bus was waiting, even though our flight was 1/2 an hour late landing. Total opposite as this driver did not leave his cab to help with luggage
Car was where we left it, and over all parking seems secure.
On exit and entering ticket in machine it showed a fine of £552,and a bank card was in the machine, contacted for help by the buzzer on machine, and advised to leave bank card on machine to be uplifted, eventually barrier opened to let me drive out, without any further issues
Bonus is no extra charge for up to 2 hours if flight is delayed.
Would use again if price is cheaper or compatible with other parking providers despite some negative minor issues raised”
“Directions very good. Drivers of courtesy coach excellent. Was shocked when asked for £525 to exit the car park as I had prepaid the stay.
It was sorted quickly via the intercom.”
“I usually park at Scot Park, so was a bit apprehensive, but plane parking was cheaper so decided to go for it…and I’m so glad I did! It’s very easy to get to (right next to the airport) and well sign posted. Buses were already waiting on both departure and return journey’s and the car park was so much bigger, so much more spaces. Will defo be booking plane parking as my 1st option now, for parking at Edinburgh airport!”
“I was more than happy with the parking but on my way out the machine tried to charge me £180 saying it was extra charges!! Thankfully I was able to speak to someone who let me out. I had already booked and paid for it online. Just a word of warning to others who might think they have to pay, don’t!! Make sure you speak to someone”
“Easy to book, park and get bus to the airport. Minimal waiting times. Could improve the signage for the bus stop where you get collected as not very clear but that’s being a bit picky!”
“Excellent car park so close to terminal and such good value for money. Bus service fantastic and it was there when we parked the car and also there when we came out terminal. Very regular service and will book again”
