“Easy website to use good value and car park was easy to find. Only one problem the first entrance was out of use because of building work. This threw us a little and there were no signs. Luckily we saw the plane parking bus and he showed us the way.”
“Was easy to find and the pick up buses were good. The drivers were very helpful and kind. My only suggestion would be to sign post areas in car park for return as sometimes when late and tired and dark at night it's difficult to go straight to find your car.”

“I was not aware that my car would be driven off site for 2 miles and then returned after another 2 miles. I think that 4 miles driven by a stranger is not acceptable. A couple of hundred yards on site would have been acceptable. I have used this parking twice this year . The first time I did not notice the extra miles on my car. I will be looking elsewhere next time I require parking.”

The FastPark parking you chose is a great product which is convenient for our passengers, as stated in or T&Cs we do move cars to our block parking which is situated a short distance away however, I am sorry for any frustration caused.

Your operator got it sorted and I was on my way
Was a bit shocked with outstanding fee and as it got sorted out it did not deter me from using your company again

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes.

“I paid for parking £62.99 my booking reference was 2BAU099ZP. I was charge £180 to exit the parking we tried the buzzer no one answered we had a bus and two cars behind us so we couldn’t do anything but pay it! I am going to take legal action on this as I think it is absolutely disgusting! I will never use your service again and will never recommend to anyone else.”

“Parking easily done. Putting in your key easily done, 1 min walk to airport returning, 1 min walk from airport, key is left for u in a secure locker when u scan your code then another staff member tells u were your car is. Job done would highly recommend.”

Thank you for your review. Due to the royal highland show last week there was more traffic and congestion on the roads surrounding the airport which affected all traffic around the airport including the shuttle bus to/from plane parking.
