“Very good overall. Not sure how 3 miles were clocked up however and I'm going to raise a query. Don't understand why the drivers messed with internal lights (very annoying) and why the heating control was turned to maximum which is not advised.”
“Easy to find, easy to park up and leave keys with office and, on coming back, our car was parked very close to the office and the exit for us - thank you! The shuttle bus to the airport is also frequent and takes you there in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend Plane Parking, especially if you find it hard to walk as so many other parking services no longer offer a shuttle bus.”
“First time using - on arrival it was simple to park. Had to get help with the key drop off however person on hand to explain.
Pick up east to get keys and car was very close. Bit unsure of the way out process however all went smooth.

“Paid for plane parking and drove to the usual place only to be sent back to long stay. Not aware of being informed of this but other than that it is easy to use but still very expensive (although not as expensive as sone if the other ones !)”
“All was great until we went to leave. The ticket didn't register that we had pre-paid for our parking and flashed up a request for £250!!! Thankfully the operative on the intercom was able to sort it but it was an unwelcome and unnecessary complication.”
“Unfortunately no late pick up service and now family has flu after having to walk in freezing cold to car park. Not best way to land in Britain. Oh yeah and car had actual stones on bonnet,!!”
“I had a puncture in the Car Park , around 1pm on 31/Oct - the Shuttle Bus Driver was fantastic with the help and advice - 5 star for a Brilliant Guy, on this basis the only place to Park @ Edinburgh must be PlaneParking!!

The reason for one star re entry/exit , it would not work and told me on screen I owed £180, I had prepaid and was not over the exit time booked - I will still park with you when at Edinburgh!”
