“This was my 2nd time using Plane Parking at Edinburgh Airport and I have zero complaints. Gate opened right away and bus arrived 2 mins after parking my car and getting to bus shelter. Bus was at the stop when I landed back in Edinburgh and I got back to my car within 5 minutes and gate opened no problem as I exited. All in all very happy and will definitely be using again in the future.”

“The October holidays witnessed a surge in demand to travel from Edinburgh. The car park was packed to capacity and the single bus which was on in the early hours before the 6.00 am exodus proved insufficient. The bus was full after the 1st stop and drove past the second. Result a long wait as the crowds poured down to the 1st stop. Lesson to be learned put on an extra bus at peak times especially when passengers are being milked for parking fees.”
“All went perfectly until presenting my ticket on leaving when machine would not open gate and as it expected payment of £190.00. I had already paid in advance. To be fair the situation was quickly sorted out by the person who answered the call button.”
“Found the car park no problem. Found a space no problem. Waited no more than 5/6 minutes for a bus which dropped us off with a couple of minutes walk to the top of the terminal
On way back it was a 5 minute wait. On exit the ticket reader said I owed £100 although we had pre paid. Pressed the intercom button and the gent took some details, checked my booking and sorted it quickly”
