“All went smoothly. On our way to our holiday we did not have to wait long for a bus and when we returned the bus was waiting to whisk us back to the car park! Nothing negative to report!”

“Parking, transfer bus and short walk all good and timely. Booking was not recognised on exit, and was presented with £150 charge. Agent on intercom was able to find booking after a few minutes, so all good in the end, but a slight annoyance to have to deal with this on exit. Also not the first time this has happened at this car park, and appeared to happen to another car leaving at the same time.”
“Arriving at an airport can be daunting when your looking where to park your car so receiving the confirmation email with the directions of where to go was very appreciated and we found the car park with no problem. We felt happy knowing our car was in safe hands and the whole experience was easy and hassle free.”
“Parking is easy and convenient, nice to get picked up within the parking area by bus, only downfall was when trying to leave the system wouldn't let you out due to a malfunction, otherwise no complaints, will certainly use them again.”

could not find the booking and ince they did they just hanged up with out saying anything. I’ll be avoiding this long stay parking in the future.”

It sounds like the ANPR system didn't correctly read your vehicle registration when entering which has resulted in you being presented with an incorrect charge when exiting. I am glad you managed to speak to someone at the time to get the issue resolved and I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

“The signs were poorly marked. I have parked at the wrong space. This resulted in paying 55 pounds extra on the day of collecting the car. The roads to the car park were dangerous to drive with so many potholes and difficult to drive.”

“The parking lot is a bit away from the terminal, not within quick walking distance. It is really well signposted as you approach the airport. No problem getting in, all pre booked and reasonable cost. I parked up and saw a bus waiting. Immediately got on and like 3 mins to terminal. Same coming back, bus waiting at drop off. Happy to recommend.”
“Excellent and convenient route into the Airport. Not quite so easy on returrning home - the fast track works but getting back to level 2 parking can be tricky!!”
“Prebooked stay but car not recognised and no ticket issued, had to speak to operator to get ticket issued. On departure ticket not recognised again had to contact operator. A bit disappointing but operator resolved issue promptly and good price, overall happy.”
“Everything was nice and smooth for both journeys, only issue was my parking ticket said I was due £150 on exit but using the intercom to contact the help centre it was answered within 30s and all resolved very quickly so no harm done.

“First time user of this carpark. So quick and easy. Only down side for me was the exit when we picked up our car. Admittedly it was late and it was raining but we couldnt find any signs for the exit. I'm sure they are there, but we had to drive in circles to find the exit.”
“Had a booking which didnt get recognised when I checked in or out. However when you speak to the help desk, they sort it our. Great parking space when you travel for a short period”
