Thank you for your review. When using our FastPark service the vehicle is driven to an off-site secure parking location which is located approximately 2 miles away from the FastPark reception area.

“Quite a long wait for a bus in the car park- we didn’t time it but we were all getting anxious about how long it took. The bus was very small- only 3 of the waiting families could get on board. 3 other families had to wait for the next bus. All ran smoothly on the return journey.”

“We had no problems with parkimg up, and no problems with the transfer to the airport terminal, with a very pleasant, helpful driver. However, the transfer back from the terminal to the car park was less than smooth. I am aware that the road surfaces leave a lot to be desired, but the bus driver was on a mission to bounce us out of our seats! We have used Plane parking in the past without any issue and will use your sevices again if/when the need arises.”

“Very easy experience although when we put our ticket in machine when leaving it said we owed £170. Spoke to one of the staff who quickly sorted it out. The bus driver on return journey was cheeky & rude with another customer though when she asked to confirm that he was plane parking. No need for that.”
