Going on holiday plane parking was great. Coming back we must have waited about 45 mins for a bus that’s meant to be every 12mins. No number to call. The queue was getting longer and longer, our plane was about 20 mins late in landing, it was early hours of morning we arrived then had to wait in the bus, when it did come no apologies from driver, he just kept cramming people on the bus, it was ridiculous, have emailed the airport, still waiting for a proper reply, not an automated email. Definitely won’t be using them again.

The crew helpt us realy well. It was the first time for us. Thanks them for the great help. Also when we need to pick-up the car they helpt us realy good.

The reason for the lower score was because on exit we were asked to pay £175. We had booked and paid in advance. Not sure why this happened but the chap on the intercom let us out, no apology.

Hello, It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

We were quite shocked at how much Plane Parking has expanded at Edinburgh recently but a reasonable priced good service.

Easy instructions to park up and transfer to airport and back One criticism though outside of the car park is the road leading to it was shocking holes and craters everywhere !

Easy to book online, competitive price and a regular bus shuttle to terminal. The drop off at the terminal could be closer, especially if you have lots of luggage and youngsters travelling with you. Car park is easy to find.

The reason I scored 2 stars pick up and drop off perfect, however I noticed when I looked at the ticket the barcode wasn’t very clear and when I tried it in the ticket reader it didn’t work on the first gate so while on route to the second gate my front bumper clipped the high kerb in the dark and raining wasn’t that obvious, pressed the help button and guy opened barrier for me, this is the second time this has happened to me trying to get out, so while plane parking might appear cheaper I’m now having to put car in to get a paint job costing me probably more if I’d been getting the most expensive parking at airport.

Excellent service with very helpful staff. We traveled from Aberdeen it is very reassuring that you will not have any problem parking when you have a flight to catch.

Easy website, very short walk to terminal,entry and exit simple. Only issue wasfinding a parking spot - park was close to capacity. But I'll be back.

Easy to find. Buses regular to terminal and back. Short journey. Car as I left it. Good value compared to other car parks. Can't fault the service. Will definitely use again thanks.

Great service, but let down by charges after the airline had changed the flights, excessive charge for adding one day to stay, and charged another fee to exit as return flight arrived late after midnight so charged another £6 for 30 mins .

As our parking does not have a fixed rate (unless you roll-up, which is considerably more expensive than pre-booked) that means it's dynamic and can change based on the factors stated. Economical parking and efficient bus service to airport. Distance from drop off point to airport could be problematic for those with impaired mobility but who falk short of being classed as disabled.
