“Super simple process and always find a space easily on the 3 occasions I have booked. Only 2 bus stops for a large car park but the bus driver kindly stopped and picked us up when he saw us not getting to the bus stop in time, saving on us having to wait for the next one 😊”

“When arriving at the airport, the singnage is confusing as I followed the Plan Parking signs, colours as above. Clearer signage is required. Other than that the service was very good. Droping off the car and then collecting keys following arrival back in Edinburgh. I will use the service again.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“I've used your service before and each time has been really good. This recent one was all good apart from one small thing when leaving car park. When I put ticket in it said I was to pay £180 for the week but I had already paid upfront. Pressed for help and the guy said it hadn't recognised my number plate on way in. He took my details and I was out within minutes. Will be using you again in September”
