“No problems apart from my own doing, new drop off point is great and only a few minutes from car park, driver was great.
Maybe make it clearer that you have to insert ticket and where upon exit, was held up behind bus while it was waiting on car exiting, driver eventually got them to move to other exit, I followed bus, but barrier didn’t move, tried putting ticket in to no avail, so moved to other exit, have same problem before noticing I was putting ticket in wrong slot, I assume the other car had the same problem. Now I know so won’t happen again.
Will use again and can 100% recommend.”
“The Ryanair plane we were supposed to be travelling on had lost an engine and we did not get on board till 5.30 instead of 11.05
so I was amazed that I only had to pay £16 which I intend to claim back from Ryanair
the pick up was quick as was the return journey, and the drivers were polite and helpful.”
“This is the 4th time we have used the plane parking at Edinburgh airport. Every time has been great, shuttle to the terminal s always available. This time we flew in early hours of Saturday morning and the shuttle turned up and we had no problems on exiting the parking. I always recommend to to people as the price is always cheaper compared to the other car parks at Edinburgh airport”
“Booking up fine, parking up fine, shuttle bus fine.
All went well until trying to leave the car park.
On arriving at the barrier I inserted my ticket to find that it requested a payment of £176 before it would let me leave! (this after I had already pre paid £39 for my 1 week stay.)
I pressed the button to contact for help but could not contact anyone! Waiting at the barrier and not prepared to pay this, wondering what to do, the machine pushed out my ticket.
I then reversed out and entered another barrier, inserted my ticket and again got a similar demand,
I again pressed the button for help and this time it worked, I explained my predicament to the operator who was very helpful. He eventually remotely opened the barrier to let me out without paying the exceptionally ridiculous demand,
I would be interested to know why this happened.

“No problem with early morning entry to car park and transfer to airport on return things went well pick up from airport but at the barrier I put my ticket in and the machine and was met with a £140 charge on pressing the contact button on the ticket machine the staff member could barely be heard but bid eventually rectify the problem.”
“Good service.....pickup from car park was within 5 mins...likewise on the return the bus was waiting at the terminal end. There is a bit of a walk through the terminal to get to either departures or arrivals but almost all of it is under cover. Good value.”
“I have to say this was a very straight forward way to store our car easily and safely when we were on holiday.
A great location for dropping off right outside the main airport entrance made it very convenient indeed.
A member of staff was on hand at the time of our arrival to help post our car keys before catching our flight and the pick up on our return could not have gone smoother. We simply scans the barcode and a little door opened and there was our keys.
Will highly recommend this service to friends and family.

“Good frequent bus shuttle into the airport.
However - I had booked my car in online a week earlier but had to change the booking due to issues with the car. I tried to change the registration over on the online portal on the Friday evening for flying out the following Monday morning. The website would not recognise my booking reference and so I could not amend the booking. There seemed to be no way to make contact over the weekend - only an email address which stated they only work office hours Monday to Friday. What use is that for an airport that people are using 7 days a week? What use is that if you have a last minute issue to deal with? Only managed to resolve this by making a 2nd booking and finally speak to the guy on duty through the barrier gate buzzer when we arrived. I did manage to get refund but really - your website just takes you round in a never-ending loop. I wasted quite a lot of time and effort over the weekend trying to deal with what should have been an easy fix.”
“Weeks before I had changed my car. I updated the details for the new car. On arrival , no evidence of number plate recognition, so took a ticket.
On return, at the barrier, could not exit. Spoke using button and discover my booking car had not been updated. The record was for my original number plate. I had been away for 2 weeks. System needs to be checked for updating data.”
