“When I got to barrier my car was not recognised. I took ticket and parked. I had my order number but this was not recognised when I tried to make contact with plane parking. I had difficulty finding a contact email I eventually found a form to register my complaint. I did not receive any contact from plane parking to say that they had received this communication. I returned to Edinburgh and checked ticket and was pleasantly surprised to find that there was nothing to pay. This affected my holiday as I thought I was returning to a considerable bill for parking. Not happy with service will not be using plane parking again”

“When I went to put my ticket in to exit..the ticket had the wrong registration plate number on it... the camera took the wrong reading and the machine wanted £175 to exit. It's not very clear on the ticket machine how to get assistance....”
“very good staff excellent only small problem my fault car wouldn’t start think I left side light on could only talk to a ? machine the person on the other end was very nice explained what was wrong nice enough reply but when asked about jump leads surely in this day and age a car park with hundreds of cars there’s a chance this can happen”
“Easy access. Plenty of spaces and bus driver very friendly and accommodating. He picked me up as I was making my way to the bus stop. It was really appreciated.”
“Brilliant parking just really glad I don’t have a heart condition because when I put my £55.00 ticket in the machine to get out it asked me for £153.00 I then had to reverse out because the phone button was really small but once I spoke to a very nice man he told me to press the small button on the bottom right hand side and I did and I got a very nice man who raised the barrier to let me out I don’t know what the problem was and I will use plane parking again but as I said it’s not very nice getting told you’re due that amount when I clearly paid the correct amount and had all my paperwork with me”
“Great location. No problem in finding a parking space. Coach transfer and pickup, excellent. The only issue was that my ticket did not work on leaving the car park and it appeared that other motorists were having the same issue but it was resolved after I contacted someone using the help button. It was difficult to hear what the person was saying though but it ended well. Thanks”
“Booking was very easy and we found it to be the best value for money. Arrival was easy, the ANPR recognised our number plate, we took the ticket and entered. We found a parking space easily enough. We only had to wait a couple of minutes for a bus which dropped us off at the airport terminal without issue. The only problems we had were on the return journey. Having arrived in the dark, we had forgotten where the Plane Parking drop-off and pick-up bus stop was, it took us ages to find it and also one of the airport staff seemed to know where it was either. We found it eventually but we found the signage from Arrivals to be inadequate. Additionally, I tried to find a telephone number to call for assistance but was unable to find one,”
“I used the same car park in July can’t fault anything excellent service as a blue badge holder the car was waiting in disabled parking bay
Used it again in September but was disappointed that the disabled bays we re empty and my car was a short walk up a hill which I found difficult to manage”
“When I arrived the ticket machine was broken, the front was hanging off. I had to push it open to retrieve a damaged parking ticket. Although a shuttle bus was promised in your booking paperwork, there was a sign in the car park to say the service did not exist. When I returned to collect car 7 days later, the exitv barrier remained closed. I phoned the intercom and a helpful and professional man checked my booking and advised that my reg had not been recognised. He allowed me to depart from the car park.”
