“When I arrived the ticket machine was broken, the front was hanging off. I had to push it open to retrieve a damaged parking ticket. Although a shuttle bus was promised in your booking paperwork, there was a sign in the car park to say the service did not exist. When I returned to collect car 7 days later, the exitv barrier remained closed. I phoned the intercom and a helpful and professional man checked my booking and advised that my reg had not been recognised. He allowed me to depart from the car park.”
“Pretty easy to find a parking spot and the wait for the shuttle bus on the outward leg was short and no wait at all on the return leg. Perfectly happy with the experience.”

There have been occasions when our number plate hasn’t been read properly, and recently we were late back to the car due to our flight being delayed. The male employee on the other end of the intercom is consistently polite and helpful - a real asset to the company! 👏😊”

“We love this Airport Parking area, so convenient and simple to use, directly across from the entrance and check in desks, 2 minute walk. Check in your car, scan your barcode, leave your keys and off you go. The staff member working here was very helpful seeing all was ok. On return it was just as easy, our car was in place and ready to go.”
