“Excellent customer service .We had an issue retrieving our key and the staff could not have been more helpful .They reset their system and we got our key and it was all done with a smile . Brilliant !,”
“After arriving back in Edinburgh, we waited about 20 minutes for the bus to take us to the parking area. There were no seats so everyone stood and by the time the bus arrived, there were too many people waiting and some were left behind, presumably waiting for another 20 minutes. Despit the car park being a fairly large area, there appeared to be only two stops.”
“Whilst the parking is fine, easy to find and spaces available the bus really lets this service down. It’s an ordinary bus with no luggage area which for an airport bus for people with suitcases is ridiculous.”
“Have not used Plane Parking for a while but found it good value.
It did help that I was able to,park near a bus stop so it was easy to find my car on return.If I could suggest anything,it would be to include numbered lanes as well as alphabetical to make it easier for people to find their cars on return.”
“The parking process was smooth and easy. It definitely saved a lot of hassle and unnecessary stress using this service. The reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is I returned to collect my car and I had a flat tyre. Obviously it was fine when I drove in so how it’s flat I don’t know but I feel this could have been mentioned when collecting my keys”
