“was not pleased at all can you not afford a sign iwent to the one next because i could not find the entrance when i arrived back i asked one of your workers if i was in the right parking place ana he said i was in the right place it cost me 130 pounds to get my car out so it was a lovely end to my break so in all it cost me 170 pounds for just over 3days i dont except there is any chance off my booking fee so dont be miserable and buy a sign”

“Great pricing and pretty straight forward service. For the most part. The shuttle bus driver who took me from the car park to the airport was really friendly and lovely. There are no maps or indications of where the shuttle stops are in the car park, and since it’s a big space they’re hard to find. Luckily, the shuttle driver found me looking a bit lost and drove to me to help me get on board. Great. However, the information given when you make a booking is so, so unclear and frankly very frustrating. You are only given information on how to use the shuttle service when you first park, but no information on what to do when you return home from your destination. I walked around Edinburgh airport to find any signs any information as to where I could get the shuttle from the airport back to the car park but there was literally no information anywhere. It was 1am and I’d had a long day, ideally a shuttle would’ve made my life easier. But instead, I had to wheel a 26kg suitcase for 15-20 minutes and walk to the plane parking area. And as I arrived, I saw an empty shuttle leaving the car park but again, I had no idea of where I could’ve gotten on it from the airport. You need to think of your customers beyond them getting to the airport. If it weren’t for this oversight and lack of consideration, I’d have given five stars. Disappointing. I hope you’ll fix this.”

“Got to the barrier and it didn't open so I took a ticket. On the way out was charged £60 should have pressed the button to speak to someone with my reference number but didn't my fault TOP TIP read the information properly before leaving.”

“Ended up stuck in Paris due to air strikes, there was no way to contact these people to amend my stay, when i logged into my account it said I didnt have a booking. Ended up paying twice to get my car out. Still havent managed to speak to anyone. Not happy and out of pocket.”

“I booked ages ago for our daughter and ourselves then I had to change the dates which was ok, I then I had to change the car Reg I couldn't find my booking so I wrote to Edinburgh airport. I got an e mail back saying I had to tell them at the barrier. As the barrier lifted we thought that she must have been able to tell them herself, we parked and when we got back it said for both our daughter and ourselves that we owed £297.00 that gave us a real shock. The guys just let us through. It was around 1am so stressful. However in general things went ok. It's just very difficult to make changes”

“Cost of parking = £35+ and I thought it was amazing since I usually get a cab!! Arrived home at 1.30am this morning. Couldn’t get out the car park. The machine at the exit kept demanding a payment of £45+. I realised right away that I had given the date of my return flight on the booking forgetting that the date would have changed by one day due to landing after midnight so that’s totally my fault! But come on…. £45+!!!! That is just absolutely disgusting 😡I wouldn’t have minded paying something - it was my error after all but that was really shocking!! So. I will never use this service again and I will ensure I make all my family, friends, colleagues aware via different reviews.”

“Hi we booked in for six nights from Saturday the 29th April arriving back half past midnight on the 6th of May.
We where on holiday to nice and on arriving back at nice airport 3 hours before our flight home found out that our flight had been cancelled.
We hastily rearranged a flight for the next day and tried to contact you by phone and online but couldn't get through to you.
On arrival back at Edinburgh Airport and picked up our car we got to the barrier and had to pay a £45 surcharge which was not our fault.
We think that you should have been a bit more sympathetic.

The details on how to extend your booking can be found in your booking confirmation. If you exit out with your booking you will be subject to the drive-up and park rates which can be found online.
I would encourage you to reach out to your airline as they may be able to offer reimbursement due to the cancelled flight.

“Was raining heavy when we returned to collect the car at Edinburgh airport and had to cross open ground to get the bus. Not too long to wait and driver was great, but we did get wet. Shame there isn't cover all way to bus stop.”
“Amazing service. Will definitely use it again. People on hand to talk you through the procedure which is straightforward. Couldn't be any easier on return.”
“Had trouble getting in initially but eventually succeeded. Buses were prompt and often . On departure I was informed I'd incurred £450 excess payment . After talking with operator we eventually resolved situation and was free to leave with no further charges . Despite these hiccups I would recommend Plane parking and would consider using again.”
