You can cancel your booking online via the 'manage my bookings' link. If you have booked refundable parking this can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your booking is due to start. As advised within the terms and conditions, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your booking starts you are unable to receive a refund.

“Easy to book, lots of parking spaces. Good frequent shuttle buses to and from terminal.
Experience let down by difficulty exiting. This was resolved by remote operator.”

“Plane Parking was easy to book. The bus drivers, both to and from the airport, were friendly, and we didn’t have to wait for a bus either trip. My only complaint is that on leaving the car park the ticket machine said we owed £180! However, when we pressed the help button, the voice asked for our car registration and we were then let through the barrier. Presumably, the registration reader hadn’t read my car reg’ properly on the way in. Overall though, a positive experience and I would use them again.”
“The machine was broken at entry so I had to wait to get in contact with someone. At exit the machine tried to charge me £250 even though I had booked for a much lower price. Bus was great though”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Couldn’t fault the service whatsoever. Cheapest park I g I could find and only 5 minutes from the airport. Collection was also very efficient with only a 10 minute wait for the bus. Have booked for our next holiday.”
