“Hi I booked a days parking online and paid £16.99 on 14th April.
On arrival at 5.30 am I was issued with a ticket from the machine. On departure from the car park when I put the ticket back into the machine I had to pay £45.
On checking my bank statement this evening it states I have been charged for the £16.99 and £45.00.
Not happy with this at all and would appreciate if you could refund the £45 back into my account.

“Parking was fine. Booked for a week, got to barrier and said we owed £180 to which shocked us. Pressed the help button and got a ticket returned to us to allow us out.”
“Best yet at Edinburgh Airport, right from when first arrived, this is first time use plane parking will not be the last , used other parking at airport absolutely no comparison, could not even get parked last time went to other parking companies”
“Booked 2 week stay. Cheaper the taxi to airport and nice walk from airport to parking. While walking the shuttle bus driver stopped and asked if Im going to Plane Parking and pickedup me and bringed to the parking spot. Overall expirience is good as the its simple way how to park and its nicer to get back home with no worries. Also I have toddler so for sure no need to wait for taxi that can fit pram, and 2 big luggages.”
“Best-priced on-site airport parking at Edinburgh, Bus running back and forth to take you to the terminal (about 5 min). Driver on return was very helpful by storing everyone's case on the racks for them. Booked again for August.”
“Everything went as planned and like clockwork, only downside is length of walk from arrivals terminal with bags.
The driver was excellent and couldn’t do enough for us, loading our bags and helping us off with them 👍”
