“Was in a good location and easy to find, and buses run quite frequent however theres only 2 stops and some cars are a bit of a walk away especially if raining we were lucky and got one just next to No 2 stop which was great, and a large, plenty of seats bus was there within 2 mins but on return a small mini bus was being used not ideal for 20-25 ppl and luggage etc but another came along within 5 mins also couldve done with a walkway shelter from bus stop to airport as theres a small section thats not covered not sure why the gap? When we arrived we never received a ticket as stated on confirmation but we thought itll be OK but on leaving we couldnt get through barrier without ticket and it was easy to get help but very difficult to hear on intercom and had to get out vehicle which not ideal as panicking when barrier lofts and trying to get back in car but overall i would recommend Plane parking and would use again as some of the issues were on our part too not checking about ticket”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“Was good but on return Airport map still shows Plane Parking pick up at H on the other side of Airport terminal. You also need a To Plane Parking sign at start of walkway parallel to covered Tram walkway.
