“Easy, convenient and much less cost that sites nearer the airport. At only 10 mins away, a level walk on a dedicated route - this is the obvious choice. I had pre- paid. One small gripe... On leaving within my pre- paid time, I submitted my pre- paid ticket, only to be told I should pay £95. Eh? A quick call with the site operative sorted that, - but should not have been necessary if reg no recognition systems had worked...”
“Parking was close to terminal but when I left the barrier didn't open and it said I owed £155. Fortunately someone was on the intercom to sort it out.”

“I have used this service several times in the past with no issues. Sadly on this occasion this was not the case. I arrived and found the carpark closed and the sign giving no information (tape had been applied over the instructions). I stopped a local airport employee (unconnected to plane parking) who advised me to go to the long stay car park as plane parking was closed for the winter. I did and was eventually allowed access to park. After that there were no issues, however, this could all have been avoided by letting me know the new location and procedures. Very unhappy I wasn't advised. All this could have been avoided. So much stress prior to my trip. Sadly wouldn't use again.”
“The long term car park worked well for me.
It was helpful that I was able to obtain a trolley as I had heavy luggage. Important that trolley availability is assured. At the moment the trolleys are ones left by others when leaving the terminal - so long as there are a number within reach in the car park the system works.”
“This is the best airport parking I have ever used, so simple drive through the cameras park in the lane drop off your keys and get your receipt for collection, returned home and scan receipt get your keys which let's you know what bay your car is in . Will 100% use this service again can't think of anything that would make this service any better and there is someone there just Incase you need help . Fantastic system”
