“we arrived at 3.am. I hadn't used this service before. guys were very polite and helpful in every way. right next to airport and will definitely use again.
only problem was the entry roundabout to the airport was under roadworks, but you didn't find out till you were right at it. had to divert back to newbridge roundabout and back again to enter via the ingleston entrance. this has nothing to do with fast park but I just thought I'd have a moan!”
“We stayed at the midstay carpark and found it to be ideal .It is very easily sign posted and within easy walking distance to the terminal. We would definitely use this car park again and would recommend it to family and friends.”
“Used Edinburgh Airport parking for 3 weeks. Received a free upgrade to onsite parking - which was literally, opposite the terminal and took 2-3 minutes to walk from the car. The automoted barrier worked a treat and we were back home before you could say 'so, where are we going to next?". 5 star experience - thank you!”
“Plane parking is excellent but the APNR never seems to recognise the car registration number even though I always pre-book the parking. This always means contacting the office to lift the barrier on entry and exit. The staff are excellent but the technology needs looking at!”
“Great service, easy to book easy to use. The only thing I would suggest changing is to make it clear on the Home page how the system works. The information is there on the website but you have to search for it. On the booking page they should have the details that once you book all you do is drive up to the barrier wait a few seconds for the number plate recognition and then take the ticket. On exit the reverse happens and once your number is recognised the barrier lifts. For first-time users, it would be a real help if they had that information in an obvious place on the Home page instead of having to look through a series of info pages to find out. Once you have experience with it then you are OK but for the first time, it was hard to find out how the whole process worked.”
“The parking access was blocked with cones. There was a sign saying closed you have been upgraded. Unfortunately it did tell you where I had been upgraded too. After speaking to some passing workers they told me to go to the long stay car park. There should have been clear instructions telling this but there were not any. If it wasn’t for the workmen passing by I could have missed my check in. Get it sorted.”
“It's a really value for money option but the directions and instructions on the website are very confusing especially during the winter parking period where no buses run. Poor signage in the parking area to find walk way etc”
