“Good and safety parking”

“Easy and convenient way to park while away. Good price too. Only problem was barriers didn't recognise my car reg and when I left it came on screen that I owed £180. A quick call on the intercom sorted it.”

“Straight forward easy parking and pickup,could do with more bus shelters and tarmac parking spaces would be so much better as pulling heavy cases over loose stones to get on road is terrible especially if elderly,surely the amount of money that's made in a year this would be easily affordable,it's simply a lack of thought for customers and sadly let's parking down.”

“This is the first time I've used Plane parking, very easy process and always someone friendly and helpful to help out. Only thing I'd say is sign posting when you come out of airport isn't great but I'd definitely use them again 👍”

“Overall everything went ok the bus service pick up and drop off was as described both ways no problems. One thing that could be improved is the space for suitcases on the bus as this was limited and we struggled to get our suitcases in a secure position, plenty seating not enough storage for baggage that is why 4 star”

“i drop my car oof 1/6/24 no problems was booked in till 15/6/24 paid before so imagin my suprise whe i had to pay a extra £6 or barrier woudent open my flights were on time so why the extra £6”

“The service it was very good, the only thing let it out it was the signage to find the place, the navigation and Google maps indicate it where original it was, but the gate to enter it was blocked and it wasn't any signage to guide you to the where about, left lost until we found someone from the roadworks to ask. It will be better to send a share location with each booking confirmation or mark it on the map in your website.”

“Good price. Furthest away on site car park from terminal but only one with courtesy coach to terminal. Only criticism is that the coach drop-off/pickup is too far away from the terminal building. Surely you could find a stop a bit closer!”

“When arriving at the airport, the singnage is confusing as I followed the Plan Parking signs, colours as above. Clearer signage is required. Other than that the service was very good. Droping off the car and then collecting keys following arrival back in Edinburgh. I will use the service again.”

“Parking was OK and easy but quite a long wait for return bus - it was a contract bus and not really suitable for large luggage. Need to think more about that”

“Does what it says on the tin. Easy to find, only two bus stops in the parking area so again easy to locate. Would have given 5* if there was a toilet on site.”
