“Great service and went without a hitch. Will definitely use again. We were a very early flight so was dark and there were little, if any, signs to direct you to the airport entrance. A light up large sign would make a difference.”
“Plane Parking offered a good price in a convenient location. The number recognition didn't work when we arrived, but help was on hand via the phone. The car number printed on the ticket wasn't correct either and it took two goes to exit the car park when we left (two different barriers). The bus worked very well, even at 01:00, and dropped us right at the terminal.”
“Brilliant when dropping of car found the man very helpful with advice on getting tag for keys etc.pick up very easy only shocker was getting asked to pay ÂŁ4 on leaving as I was late by about 20 minutes due to flight delays. Did not think there was any need for that .just not necessary.”
“I always pre book my parking but on the past few occasions the car reg has not been recognised on entry. This means having to contact your office on exit that can take some time to verify the booking. Not ideal at 3am and just wanting to get home.”
