“How do I get a refund? I paid for 2 day's parking at Edinburgh airport, and when I went to exit, it showed I owed £125, which I had to pay, because I was not on their system. It was the only way I could get out. I have provided receipt of the additional money I needed to pa to exit the car park. There was no answer when I pressed the buzzer, and there was a queue forming behind me. So the money I paid you was basically useless. So I need a refund. I can prove the amount I paid you, and I can prove the additional fee I had to pay to get out. My booking reference Order ID, with you, is: V1LTM31T2. If I get a satisfactory response from you, I will log in and change my feedback\scroe rating.”
