Took 60 minutes from initial phone call to getting my car and also incuded another phone call after we were promised the driver would be there in 5 minutes.

The barrier regularly does not recognise the vehicle when it has been pre-paid.

every time I have used plane parking it has included a free upgrade to the on-site parking but every time I have exited, I am told to pay a large sum of money and then I need to call the car park and advise that I have already paid which is frustrating. otherwise its an excellent service.

Web site is easy to use. There is no consistency in pricing. You can book a month before you park and it's good value but a week before and it's hugely expensive. Then you book 2 days before and it's good value again. As an example is can cost less to fly from Edinburgh to London return than it costs to park at Edinburgh. Be sharp or you will be ripped off!

Although the service is very cheap, I have rated as poor because both times I have used it, I have had to explain to the operator why I should not be charged £24 when I try to leave. There seems to be no way to prevent this, until the new carpark is completed.

I have used your service on a number of occasions for parking more cheaply at Edinburgh airport. Whilst your cost are very good, changes to a booking made recently seemed to be charged at an excessive rate, especially when the time parked was actually going down. My main complaint is your system seems not to work efficiently and only on one occasion have i actually been able to exit the car park without speaking to someone over the intercom. I find this to be an unacceptable level of service.

Website gives confusing instructions and map not very helpful. Was not told what to do when I arrived back in Edinburgh. No obvious sign at reception area resulting in me going round twice at an additional cost of £3.90

Not enough signs to identify the area you parked. Eg different coulor zones or something. I spent over 20 minutes in the cold with suitcase in tow trying to find mine. Obviously im to blame too but theres nothing and it all looks the same.

It isn't that obvious where to go (and I work at the airport) and when we parked there was no one there. There is no branding of plane parking I guessed and went to empark there is no phone contact no. on the paperwork. The guys at the desk said they were being beaten by the Valet parking (I'm not surprised).

Not clear about access to actual Airport parking area - probably a fault of Airport . On return had to argue with Car Park clerk as ticket suggested full fee payable. Eventually, they conceded the print out was proof enough but what a pain! With slight changes a great service system could be had!

I booked my parking in advance for going on holiday etc to keep things simple & paid in advance....on leaving the car park after my holiday, the parking system cheerfully informed me I had a bill of over £100 to pay before I could exit the car park! Thank God I had printed it all off and kept it with me, so that I could inform the parking attendant to let me out, but it wasn't a worry I needed as I was on holiday to relax in advance of an operation for cancer I was due on my return.

I paid extra for the meet and greet service. When i got there was no one there to meet us and after wandering about for 10 minutes and asking at the reception area on the ground floor someone finally turned up. I was told that when I returned to come back to the same place. On my return I went to the pick up point and no one was there. Again after asking an employee from another company I was told to go to a meeting point at a different place. Not a good experience and never received an apology from any members of staff.

PAID IN ADVANCE FOR PARKING AT EDINBURGH AIRPORT.BUT ON COLLECTING OUR CAR AND PRESENTING TICKET AT BARRIER THE AUTOMATED SCREEN INFORMED US WE WERE DUE £129 IN PARKING FEES. THEN HAD TO SPEAK INTO AN INTERCOM ON BARRIER TO SOMEONE WHO SOUNDED LIKE THEY COULD NOT BE BOTHERED BEING THERE SO THAT HE COULD CHECK AND RAISE THE BARRIER.MAYBE JUST TEETHING PROBLEMS BUT DID NOT EVEN GET A SORRY.

very difficult to find the car park, no-one at the airport knew where it was. When I phoned the number given I could not get through so I was in a panic. Eventually I found it as a worker for another car park directed me. I will use it again, now I know where it is. Good value for money.

We had booked the Meet and Greet option to speed things up. Having arrived at our allocated time no attendant was there to collect our car. After 10 mins we called and eventually after another 10 mins someone arrived. We arranged the pick up time for our car and again nobody there. After phone calls we eventually got the car almost 30 mins later. The excuse given to us was that it was a new service and they were still learning the ropes. Not much use when you have specifically booked this service to reduce time transferring.

When we arrived it was quite hard to find. Also wasn't sure why there was a ticket sticking out of the machine before I drove to the barrier but this as explained promptly by kind and informative staff. My main problem was with the rude driver of the shuttle. On the way back to my car I know which stop we had to get off to find my car but the driver informed is that he was "dropping us all off at the 1st stop" regardless of where we actually had to be dropped off. Me and my friends then romed the car park looking for my car. As did another couple of people who were of the same bus! Frankly it was discusting customer service! We wondered the car park in the pouring rain cause we had no idea where we had been dropped off pr where the car was!

Didn't know where to park and no-body could help me. I was told to go to the long stay parking and when I got there, I was told to go to the multi-storey. It then took ages to find out where I could park and began panicking about my flight. Really bad beginning to my holiday.

I paid for my parking in advance. When I returned and put my ticket in the exit I almost had a heart attack. It said I owed over 200 pounds. I spoke to your controller who opened the the barrier for me. But after a long flight this was very upsetting to me. O cannot recommend.

I booked the meet and greet with Plane Parking. I have used meet and greet for the last few years with other companies and this was the first time I have not been met, but had to deliver the car to the car park. Getting to the parking was an adventure, there are no signs to say which car park to use and once in the car park the only signage is on the wall behind where the cars park. We nearly missed our flight due to the lack of signs with no apologies and little help from the staff in the car park or on the phone. I will not be using the company again and would rather pay extra for decent service.
