“I have used Plane Parking several times over the past few years. This time however I noted it was much more difficult to find a space to park. I don't know how long I drove around to find one. Also the waiting times between buses to take you to the airport has been increased, resulting in a very packed bus with suitcases everywhere”
“When booking this it doesn’t confirm an address to where the car park is, it is not easy to find.
On the way out, it also told me I owed £226? Eventually I got it.”
“Plane Parking was so easy to use and at a brilliant price. Getting into the car park couldn’t have been any simpler, get your ticket and drive in. There’s plenty of spaces available and 2 bus stops available to use. The buses ran frequently and we didn’t have to wait any longer than 5 minutes going out or coming back. Leaving the car park is just a case of inserting the ticket into the machine and the barrier lifts. Will definitely use Plane Parking again in the future.”
“Car park was easy to find, very well sign posted and plenty of spaces to choose from. It’s the first car park I’ve been to where people were actually parked in spaces correctly. The bus was frequent enough and comfortable. We did walk to the airport from the car park as it was only 20 minutes and we had time however we got the bus back to the car park and it was a great service. Would definitely park here again.”
“Very easy to get to and short distance from the terminal.
On our way back the driver dropped us off at our car which was on his way out. Don’t know his name but very much appreciate it.”
“I have no problems with the way the parking works,I just wish it was easier for vehicle change.I was not taking the car with me,so no chance of the car being stolen and then taking it abroad,”
“Easy to check in and get keys back with machines and lock boxes. Ticket on key upon return was quite confusing with so many letters which could have been the area the car was parked but the handwritten number on the bottom was the actual space.”
“I have used Plane Parking at Edinburgh airport many times, but this last visit wasn't great. I was booked in for 4am (a time I have arrived in the past) and quickly found a space close to the first bus stop. Waited 20 minutes for the bus to arrive, by which point there was a crowd needing to get on. There wasn't enough room for the large amount of people at the second stop, so we had to pass them. It appeared there was only one bus running at that time, which, considering there were 28 flights from 4 - 6.30am, seems negligible. I'm booked in again for this week and really hope this was just a blip.”
“Staff are the nicest humans to deal with. Access is simple and directions are good.
I would have found 'how to exit directions' helpful but other than that will use again.”
“4 rather than 5 as we had difficulty finding a parking slot. Once parked, bus was prompt on arriving and transit time to terminal short. Same on return journey.”
