“Your bus driver wasn’t pleasant at all. My daughter & I sat on the disabled seats which Iam disabled but he didn’t know if the both of us was. He said in a very unpleasant way one of you need to get up. His manners was atrocious. Never use again.”

I'm sorry to hear a member of staff operating within the airport was rude when you were travelling through recently.
We expect every visitor to Edinburgh to be treated with respect. This means all staff operating on campus being professional, helpful, and polite at all times. The airport can often be a very busy and hectic environment; that being said, this does not excuse the behaviour you described and for this I apologise.

“Very easy to book online and really excellent value. Have used 4 times now. Buses to terminal are very regular, hassle free, and it's a quick journey. Barrier control system must be linked to live flight times as my return flight was more than 2 hours late but I was not charged for another day, having gone well past my declared check-out time.”
“Easy to find and plenty of spaces. A few negatives, bus had limited space for luggage, only 2 bus stops for the whole car park and the machine wouldn’t accept my ticket on exit, but easily resolved when pressing the intercom button.”

I'm pleased to hear that you were able to find a space with ease. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“Multi storey car park not well sign posted ended up going past and having to pay drop off fee before getting back, but perhaps this is intentional so that you get more money out of people who haven't used the facility before! Otherwise very happy.”
