“Fast park parking run smoothly from start to end, have used before and will use again in the future.
Reason for only 3 stars is that on return to my car after my holiday the settings within my car had been changed. This included the view in which I have my dashboard display, cruise control left on, radio station changed, and my central arm rest had been opened and left open. I am not aware of anything missing. However, I believe that when I leave my car under your care that does not give the person moving my car from drop off to pick up the right to rummage through my personal affects or alter settings within my car.”
“I was very pleased with the excellent instructions sent as to how to enter the multi-story car park. It was well signposted and parking was easy. As I was only going south for the day, to a funeral, I was able to park my car for less than the taxi journey would have cost one way.”
“We booked our car park on line. Arrived at barrier. It lifted straight away. Found a space to park within minutes. Walked to bus stop and bus arrived within 5 minutes. Straight to airport. When we arrived back at the airport bus was here within 5 to 6 minutes. Brilliant.”
“The inability to speak to anyone about issues outside “standard” parking makes your service very poor. Almost impossible to get the right email address and leaving a voicemail message is poor customer service. The email address advertised on the airports website bounced 4 times.”

“Through no fault of my own i had a flight cancelation coming back from Antalya in Turkey i was delayed for a total of 17 hours picking up my car. I had to pay a charge of ÂŁ60.00 before i could leave the car park which in my opinion is a total rip off. In future i wont take my car i will call a taxi it’s a lot cheaper.”

I understand the frustration that will have been caused by the flight cancellation and I’m sorry to hear that the cancellation resulted in an additional charge at the car park barrier. As advised in our terms and conditions, if you enter or exit out with the grace period, you will be subject to our roll-up rates as the time you have occupied was not pre-planned.

I arrived early, and was delayed in the airport a bit on return, so I was grateful for the 2h grace periods. Thank you. Shuttle bus was fast & frequent. Excellent all round, will use again.
It seemed to be connected, as I was offered & booked Fast Track when I booked the parking, so will mention here; I did not realise that FastTrack only applied to my outward journey, so was a little dismayed on arrival to Malpensa, but in the end, it was not a problem. Unlike at Edinburgh as this,was the day Microsoft failure affected everything so the Security queues were horrendous. But the point is I did not know it was for outward journey only. Not sure what I should have done to secure FastTrack for return as well.”
